The hotel sits in a fantastic location, just a short walk to the cathedral and charming eateries. My bed felt incredibly comfortable, and the in-room breakfast was a delightful touch to start the day. Staff encountered throughout my stay gave excellent service, especially Ann at reception, who was efficient and helpful. the lift wasn't functional during my stay, making it inconvenient carrying luggage down. I also experienced a lack of WiFi, which was frustrating when trying to plan my day. While the restaurant has a good reputation, I faced issues with uncooked food on my visit. the parking situation was less than ideal, cramped with furniture and other items taking up space. enjoyable experiences, but some significant areas need attention.

The noise disturbances from the nearby restaurant were unbearable late at night!!! Room decor appears dated, making the stay feel less comfortable!!! The lift access is convoluted and could greatly benefit from clearer directions!!! Limited access for disabled guests is disappointing!!!

The lack of local guides in the room was another oversight. it made navigating breakfast times and local attractions tricky. Parking was a hassle, cramped with furniture and other items, making it tough to fit my ship in the lot. Finally, noise disturbances from the nearby restaurant late at night made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Great location and comfy beds!

Awesome spot right in the heart of Auch! The bed was super comfy and the shower was lovely with plenty of hot water. Tried the in-room breakfast – it was a nice touch! Just a bit loud from nearby bars at night, but nothing too crazy.

I loved that they let me check in early when my room was ready, and the in-room breakfast was a lovely surprise! The sun terrace was a perfect spot to unwind, and I enjoyed the cozy lounge area. Just a heads up, the shower could use a bit more pressure, but it didn’t ruin my stay. 😊

Couples looking for a cozy place

The beds were really comfortable, and I got to enjoy a lovely evening meal in the Bistro, it was good value and tasted great! We discovered a charming cafe just a short walk away, with a very nice owner and reasonably priced pastries that made our mornings sweeter.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable for the experience we got.
